In the past the French lenders have been a little basic and restrictive in terms of what they will offer non-residents, until recently a 70% LTV 15 year repayment loan was the norm, however we can now offer our customers incredibly innovative and flexible finance solutions. These include a fixed rate finance package where you will not need to employ any of your own capital - deposit, Notary fees, taxes and all other purchase costs are covered by the bank! If you are interested in buying a leaseback investment then we have a mortgage where you can use the 19.6% VAT refund to cover your personal deposit, furthermore the lender will 'bridge' this VAT amount until it is refunded to you - so again you are not investing any of your own capital to buy these superb properties.
